Location
Conveniently located across from Deaconess Hospital in downtown Spokane, parking is available at the rear of the building.

Our Office Hours
We are open 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. We are closed the traditional holidays. Dr. Silverstein sees patients Tuesday/Wednesday from 1:30pm - 4:30pm, and Thursday/Friday from 8:30am - 12:30 pm.

Insurance and Billing
We participate in most insurance plans. However, we do not accept Group Health patients. If your insurance requires prior approval for referral to a specialist, it will be your responsibility to obtain one in advance of the appointment. We will bill all insurance information provided. Copays or deductibles will be your responsibility. We accept cash, check, and credit cards as payment.

Procedures
Many procedures such as vasectomies, cystoscopies, prostate biopsies and ultrasounds may be done in the office with anxiolytic medications. We specialize in microscopic vasectomy reversals, performed with comfort with sedation and local block, as an outpatient procedure at Deaconess Medical Center. Major surgical procedures are usually performed at either Deaconess Medical Center or Sacred Heart Medical Center.
